- 1）査読プロセス：論文受領→書式確認→2名による査読（判定が割れた場合は、さらにもう1名による査読）→査読結果に基づく第1次査読（採用or条件付き再査読or不採用）→査読結果の通知→条件付き再査読の場合、第2次査読（採用or不採用）→査読結果の通知。
- 2）論文第一著者及び発表者は、論文提出時に本会の個人会員(正会員・学生会員・シニア会員)・法人会員または入会手続きを行っている個人・法人とします。非会員の方を第二著者以降に共同著者とすることは可能です。

- 1）Review Process：After submission, manuscripts undergo a format check and are reviewed by two referees. If their evaluations differ, a third reviewer is assigned. Based on the reviews, the first decision (acceptance, conditional re-review, or rejection) is issued and notified to the author. In case of conditional re-review, a second review will follow, resulting in a final decision.
- 2）The first author and presenter of the paper must be an individual member (regular member, student member, or senior member) or a corporate member of the Society, or an individual or corporation in the process of applying for membership at the time of paper submission. Non-members may be listed as co-authors from the second author onward.
